I stayed home from school yesterday and of course we had to have a vacation so I just missed that much.
Today someone called up and said it was ? (He is a new boy just starting in our room and I don't know him even) Well anyway he called up and asked me to go skating with him so I said I would call him up later and tell him. So I called up and he hadn't called me up at all. So I got wise and called up Harris McIntosh for he is always trying / to fool somebody, and I said hello this is Louise Spryance I want you to go skating with me this afternoon and he finally said he would go so he got his skates and started for her house and found her sick in bed so that was where he got stung.
I spose you did not know that I was taking art lessons, well any way I am and I will draw you a cute little picture. (here goes.) [Writing with the pictures] This is the way I do my hair. That one's no good. Not so big a mouth. This is you. Sulute 6 ft - 4. /
My bangs are growing out and as soon as they are as long as my other hair I am going to let my hair grow out that is if father will let me.
My teachers name is Miss Wiley and ? - she is cross and she has lots of beau? She is about twenty five or thirty and her fellows come up to see her.
Your father is talking something about coming up here in the U. S. for his spring vacation and after he has been here you can ask him how ??? place is after all and he will say "My Melville, Des Moines is much nicer than Canada all put together."
Well this is all I can write at one time so I will say good-bye.
From Your Loving Cousin,
