The Alert Bible Class was founded by Rev. J. W. Magwood in 1908. Dr. Charles Lusk (after whom Lusk Hall is named) was the first leader of the group, who would meet up on Tuesdays and Sunday afternoons. They would have activities, guest speakers, games, meals, and often swap stories about their experiences during the First World War. |
