3. Commins Music Hall - This elaborate music hall was built in 1894 by J. E. Commins on the north-east corner of Colborne Street (now Lakeshore Road) and Dundas Street (now Trafalgar Road). He has a line-up of shows such as Pauline Johnson performing recitations, Sheridan's "The Rivals" performed by Leroy Kenney, "Mrs Jarley's WaxWorks" and "Ten Night in a Bar Room". It burned down in 1898 with suspicion that it was purposefully set on fire as it was not a very profitable business.

4. Glen Prossen House - This house was built by George K. Chisholm (1815-1874) in 1848 on the corner of Navy Street and Robinson Street and was named "Glen Prossen". In 1897 it was occupied by Thomas Patterson, tailor, and in 1910 it was owned by Captain Maurice FItzgerald, mariner. It used to be located at 13 Navy Street and then 85 Navy Street, and has since been demolished.
